Helpdesk was 24/7 support for dial-in customers using various platforms to connect to the Internet via PPP or connect to Unix dial-in machine. Developed web pages for helpdesk group, and for customer software upgrades to various version of Netscape Navigator. Also, developed some scripts used in external home.interpath.net pages, and helped research the development of the software center pages used by Interpath. All CGI script programming was done in PERL.
